Flexible Contracts

Agrifeeds are excited to announce that we are now moving to ‘Flexible Contracts’ - we are still offering the same surety of supply, now with a little more flexibility.

Customers will still need to allocate tonnes on a relatively even spread across our 3, 6 and 12month contract periods, only now, we are offering more time to use those monthly tonnes by giving the flexibility of collecting right up until the end of the contracted period.

We’re pleased to announce this as part of our ongoing commitment to great customer service and look forward to working in partnership with you all.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I take up this offer?
A: You will not need to do anything at all. All our contracts for feed will have this automatically applied to them moving forward.

Q: What happens to my existing contract?
A: We will apply this to all existing contracts with us so you can take advantage of the new flexibility.

Q: How does this differ from now?
A: Currently, contracted tonnes should be collected by the 15th of the month following the allocated month, now you will have until the end of the contracted period.

Q: Can I collect my allocated tonnes earlier?
A: In order to keep our surety of supply, earlier collection isn’t always possible. Collecting earlier puts the integrity of all our customer contracts in jeopardy.

Q: What happens at the end of the contract period if I haven’t collected all my tonnes?
A: We encourage customers to only contract what they know they will use. Agrifeeds and partners will help you to manage your contracts throughout the life cycle of the contract. If there are tonnes remaining at the end of a contracted period, there is a charge that is then applied for any uncollected tonnes.
